The Grandparent Diaries: Love, Palony, and Poor Fashion Choices
I hit the jackpot with grandparents. Three of them, to be exact, and they weren’t just family they were my sanctuary, my safety net, my very own fan club. But if we’re talking favourites (don’t tell the others), my maternal grandma Annie Elizabeth Boswick was my absolute ride-or-die. She was tiny garden gnome-sized, but don’t be fooled, her heart was big enough to house a small country. Which explains why clothes never seemed to fit her properly. Bless her.

The Weird Kid Who Grew Up to Be a Spiritual Therapist (Plot Twist: It’s Me)
From as far back as I can remember, I’ve always felt… different. Not “wears-a-cape-to-school” different, but more like “feels-things-and-sees-things-she-probably-shouldn’t” kind of different. I knew I was here for something. A purpose. A mission. Maybe not full-blown “chosen one” vibes, but definitely “slightly magical side character who helps the hero discover their powers” energy.

We Were Orphaned (For a Whole 4 Minutes) in Miami. And Other Childhood Holiday Dramas
As kids, we were lucky enough to travel with Dad. When he was on leave, he didn’t just take us out for fish and chips he packed up three slightly feral children and took us on proper adventures. Real holidays. Big ones. The kind that leave a mark.

A Star Is Born
My name is Kirsty Heath, formerly known as Kirsty Elizabeth Scott—yes, I had a rebrand. I was born on the 6th of September 1974 in the north of England, where it rains approximately 362 days a year. My father was Scottish, my mother English, and I was the only girl, sandwiched between two older brothers who considered me their personal experiment in endurance training.
